Join a local chef and learn how to prepare some of the typical, traditional Andros recipes. All the dishes will be made from local and fresh ingredients (vegetables, fruits, olive oil, eggs, flour, meat, wine, etc.), but also with pure organic products.
The menu is prepared according to the seasonal products and varies between vegetarian, meat & poultry or fish and seafood dishes. Andros has its own specialties. Let’s discover them together!
