The breath exercises, the asanas and the deep relaxation offer rejuvenation unblocking the tensions accumulated by everyday life.
Τhe practice of Hatha Flow Υοga is being taught with a careful flow of yoga postures in place to deliver a dynamic and relaxing experience. This lesson incorporates all the components of a Hatha Yoga course – breathing, asanas and meditation – as we practice our coordination through small movements in each asana.
It is a more dynamic form of yoga that is based mainly on the synchronization of our breaths and movements. The term “flow” refers to our focus on the flow of movements and positions of Yoga (asanas) and the harmonious alternation between them. With this yoga we also activate the aerobic part of the exercise – thanks to the constant movements – while at the same time strengthening the whole muscle group. Thus, we achieve the relaxation we so desire but also help in the further burning of fat.
