Family Yoga offers all the benefits of a yoga lesson – muscular, spiritual and psycho-emotional empowerment, flexibility, relaxation, concentration, positive thinking, deeper communication with oneself, and therefore with others, awareness – while strengthening family bonding. This also helps with group exercises and postures (asanas). Each member of the family learns to love and trust more in theirselfs and in the rest of the family. They learn how to play, to listen to each other, to balance each other, to create together and cooperate for being both happy and healthy.
